PTThis policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit this website or contact us, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable Portuguese law.

2. What data we process and why
a) Contact and quote requests
When you contact us via WhatsApp, email or the website form, we process the data you provide — usually your name, phone number, email, city/region and the content of your message — to reply, prepare proposals and follow up on your request.
The website form does not store any data. When you click “Send via WhatsApp”, the site simply prepares the message and opens WhatsApp on your device; you are the one who sends it.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
b) Analytics and advertising cookies — only with your consent
With your permission, the site loads Google Tag Manager, which enables audience measurement and advertising tools: Google Analytics 4 (Google), Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising (Microsoft), and the Meta Pixel (Meta). They help us understand how the site is used and measure campaign results.
These tools are only loaded after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. You can withdraw your consent at any time under ; if you decline, we delete this site's analytics cookies from your browser.
Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Portuguese Law 41/2004).
c) Strictly necessary storage
We only store your cookie choice in your browser (local storage), so we don't ask again on every page. It does not identify you and is not shared.
3. Who may access the data
- Service providers acting on our behalf: website hosting (Hostinger), messaging (WhatsApp/Meta) and email.
- Analytics and advertising tools listed in section 2 b), only if you consent.
- The RCM brand team in Brazil, which provides technical and sales support for the requests we receive.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of the providers above (Google, Microsoft, Meta) may process data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Contact requests may be accessed by the RCM team in Brazil in order to reply to them. These transfers are carried out with the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR.
5. How long we keep data
- Contact requests: for as long as needed to reply and manage the business relationship; if a contract follows, for the applicable legal periods (e.g. tax).
- Analytics data: for the retention periods configured in each tool.
- Cookie choice: until you change it or clear your browser data.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
7. Security
The site always runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the requests we receive is restricted to the team handling them.

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
